"For those who aren't UF forum regulars: I lost a very close family member in late April, and am in danger of losing another one. As a result I'm taking time off this summer to handle some family affairs and so that I can spend time caring for ones who need it. For the months of June and July, I'll be re-running some older strips. I should be back in the saddle come August.

Hello all. Thank you so much for all of the well-wishes and kind, thoughtful comments and emails. Things are progressing as I suppose they must, the grieving process being what it is. I'll drop by again in about a month to check in again prior to my anticipated return in August. I wish you all a happy summer.
